Pricing and Payment

Service prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Payment is required at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except in cases of provider cancellation or as required by law.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full session cost.

We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
